The challenge

Wainz World needed a real website — not a template — that matched the warmth and approachability of how Jen and her team actually work with clients. Bookkeeping sites tend to feel cold and corporate; theirs needed to feel human, modern, and inviting, while still communicating expertise to small businesses and independent contractors evaluating who to trust with their books.

Our approach

Designed and built the entire site from the ground up — structure, layout, copy direction, and visual system.

Built out clear service pillars (Bookkeeping, Business Services, Project Management) with supporting copy and iconography.

Created custom animated character illustrations for the Meet the Team section so each staff member shows up with their own personality, not a stock photo.

Designed a friendly, conversion-focused homepage with a featured testimonial, clear CTAs, and an FAQ section to answer common pre-sale questions.

Wired up the contact flow and a dedicated client portal link so existing clients can log in from the main nav.

The outcome

Wainz World now has a website that actually sounds and feels like them — warm, capable, and a little playful — and a Meet the Team page that turns a normally generic moment into a memorable one. The site gives prospective small-business clients the confidence to reach out and existing clients a clean front door into their portal.
